Refund policy

At Sarah Abouzahra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange your items, they must be in "as new" condition: unworn, undamaged, and not defective full-price products.

We accept exchanges and returns (for store credit) within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, which can be redeemed at any Sarah Abouzahra store.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, along with a copy of the receipt/order confirmation and the label tag. The return will be approved after inspection. If the item is found to be anything less than "as new," the return or exchange will be denied.
