Q: What are the materials used for the jewelry?

A: Every piece of Ophelia jewelry is crafted with the finest metals either 925 sterling silver or brass heavily dipped in 18k gold plated along with all kinds of stones across the globe.

 

Q:How much does the courier service cost ?

​A: It depends on your location, it will cost 50LE anywhere in Cairo / Giza except for Sherouk, Obour & Madinety is 55 LE. We also ship to Alexandria which will cost 70 LE.

Q: Is there refund policy?

​A: If your piece doesn’t meet your expectations, we kindly accept refund upon delivery in order to give you the chance to see the piece in real life.

Q: How long does it take for my piece to be fixed?

​A: Pieces that needs to be repaired will be sent to our workshop and will take up to 15 working days to be looked over & repaired.

Q: How long does it take to receive the order?

​A: Once the order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. It takes around 2-5 working days to be delivered.
