A: Each piece of jewelry from Sarah Abouzahra is meticulously crafted using high-quality materials, including 925 sterling silver or brass that is richly coated in 18k gold. We also incorporate a variety of resin stones sourced from around the globe.

Q: What are the courier service charges?

A: Shipping costs vary by location:

• Cairo/Giza: 60 EGP (excluding Sherouk, Obour, and Madinaty, which are 70 EGP).
• Alexandria: 100 EGP.

Q: Do you have a refund policy?

A: Yes, if your jewelry does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer a refund upon delivery. This allows you the opportunity to inspect the piece in person.

Q: How long does it take to repair a piece?

A: Repairs will be sent to our workshop and can take up to 15 working days for evaluation and completion.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: After your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery typically takes around 2-5 working days.
