CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 Every piece of Sarah Abouzahra Jewelry is crafted with the finest metals either sterling silver or brass gold plated ( silver, gold or rose gold colors ), along with all kinds of stones across the globe. 

Kindly follow our instructions on how to make your Jewelry last a lifetime:

Avoid contact with liquids and chemicals (i.e. perfume, water, sweat, moisturise and chlorine). Consistent contact with these liquids will damage your piece of jewelry over time.

• Store your jewelry in a soft lined box  to avoid tarnish which may occur as a result of oxidisations.

• Pouch with an anti tarnish strip, to keep your pieces in pristine condition. Try to keep pieces apart so they don't rub together.

• Displaying your Jewelry in humid conditions or in cabinets under strong or direct lighting will accelerate tarnishing.

• We advise cleaning your precious stones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing, Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean gemstones as they can cause scratching. 

WARRANTY

​All jewelry comes with 3 month warranty valid against manufacturing defects. Unfortunately we will not be responsible  for any damage that could occur due to any failure to maintain or care your product. 

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Accidents

• Mishandling

• Abusive Knocks

• Normal Wear & Tear

• Ageing & Natural Tarnishing
